Ready to set your abs and legs on fire?
This 20 minute magic circle workout will target your abs, thighs, butt, low back, obliques and shoulders
If you don't have a magic circle then feel free to use a yoga block or pilates ball or hold weights to create resistance.
This ring of fire is best used it to strengthen, align, tone and support your joints.
It is inexpensive, effective and takes up very little space. I really recommend al my clients to buy one
Adding resistance adds more strength and toning benefits.
The Pilates ring is my absolute favorite home workout tool to tone abs, thighs and hips. You can really use it to target any body part but in today’s workout we’ll be targeting lower body.
For best results try this workout out 2-3 times a week for 4- 6 weeks.
