Pilates Burn Ball & Booty Band
Workout for Legs Abs & Butt
If you can't Band the heat, get out of the kitchen
Why was Cinderella banned from playing sports? –
Because she always ran away from the ball.
Jokes aside- doubling up on props is my favorite at home way to intensify my pilates workouts.
Both of these props can fit in your pocket, and neither cost very much money.
I can even offer a slight discount at Hope Fitness Gear.
The Pilates mini ball will challenge your stability and make the exercises more dynamic and core-focused.
The band will add tension and help to rev up your metabolism and burn off calories.
Both provide resistance and will increase the load on your muscles and you will gain strength and get toned faster using them
Two years ago on this blog, I did a Pilates Burn series as a prep for festival season and the tiny outfits I would wear to Burning Man. All of the workouts featured two props and I thought I would bring it back!. This year I’m just trying to maintain my pre-Corona fitness levels- and pray that there is a festival season next year.
These bands from Hope Fitness Gear give back, a percentage of each purchase is given to sick kids with to help them pay medical bills, or just use an old pair of leggings.
No ball? No problem- try with a small pillow or a yoga block or a magic circle.
This workout will focus on thighs, butt, hips, abs obliques, shoulders and we will move through balance and control challenging movements
