Welcome to my 10 minute Pilates on the Ball Workout
This fast at home workout will target your core muscles
And help you strengthen your waist and keep your hips thighs and sides looking their sleekest. If you’ve been looking for a fast way to spice up your Pilates practice there’s no better way then the fit ball.
Stability balls or fit-balls challenge your abs -from the inside out.
Balls will not only work the rectus abdominus (six pack muscles) - they will also work the transverse abdominus (deep core layer muscles ).
You also use low back and hips to keep the ball still.
This makes the moves more effective then performing mat work alone- balls count as a form of strength or resistance training- which has been proven to rev up your metabolism.
This in turn will get you toned faster- and all without stepping foot outside of your cozy home.
Just because its 10 minutes doesn’t mean this will be easy- use discretion and leave out any moves if you need to
