Women seem like sissies because you don’t know their true strength. Wonder Woman
And strengthen you will with the Amazonian princess in the final week of #HalloweenFITFun!
I mean who else do you call in to clean up after Catwoman and Poison Ivy?
She’s one of the longest running superheroes and a feminist icon who truly knows the power of goodness and her recent commercial success just proves - she really is an immortal Goddess.
Gal Galdot might have plenty to do with her recent popularity…
Did you know she worked out for 6 hours a day for 6 months in prep for her Wonder Woman roles?
Two of those hours was martial arts training to perform the fight scenes and choreography.
Luckily todays workout is only 25 minutes!
We’ll be doing a total body blast of Pilates based strength and Cardio that’s Diana Prince approved.
She’ll be leading you through this dumbbell workout that will strength and tone your arms legs abs butt and more with intervals that turn up the intensity and heat in this Gotham based fitness fete.
“The gods made the Amazons to restore peace to the world, and it’s what I’m going to do.” – Diana Prince
Wonder Woman was often written to reform criminals and very often the female super villains, and brought them to Reform Island or Transformation Island. And it’s no coincidence that I’m bringing her in after Catwoman and Posion Ivy….
From DC Comics: “One of the most beloved and iconic DC Super Heroes of all time, Wonder Woman has stood for nearly eighty years as a symbol of truth, justice and equality to people everywhere.”
She also believed world peace would only be possible when females were put in charge and she actually ran for president once.
Don’t you wish she was on the ballot this year?
“You are stronger than you believe. You have greater powers than you know.”
—Antiope to Diana, Wonder Woman movie
As we close out October and #HalloweenFITFun I the close of Breast Cancer awareness month.
However I know many breast cancer survivors and I wish I could say no one I know would ever get this disease again. But the numbers dont lie- 1 in 8 women in the USA will be diagnosed with it.
