Shop Miss A Review
Review And Unboxing
Hitting Shop Miss A is landing on the biggest beauty & accessory dollar store on the web
I discovered this mega cheap mega beauty online retailer right as the pandemic hit
I dove into their self care, jewelry, and hair sections BIG TIME.
Even with the 3.95 shipping fee (which is often waived or reduced in sales) this guilty pleasure doesn’t feel so guilty- especially since they donate a proceed to charities that protect against animal abuse
Looking for a skin care obsessed partners gift? Maybe a makeup junkie friend?
You can feel good knowing many of the products are cruelty free
You’ll find it here and they have an extensive selection of face coverings for kids, too.
The sheet masks have propelled my skin into soft new heights.
They’ve become a staple in my evening skincare
I’ve adored and cherished my time with each one I’ve purchased. The stock rotates often and you may not see a brand twice. If you love it BUY IT and reorder right way if you HAVE TO HAVE MORE.
Out of the multitude of sheet masks that I’ve ordered so far- I only didn’t love ONE. It was one that had the gel that stayed inside and I didn’t read the description properly or I would not have ordered it. With this mishap still, I’ve seen these retail at triple the price at bargain stores like TJ Maxx.
The eye and sleep masks have been essential as converted to daylight savings and would make a great gift for the light sleepers in your life.
I couldn’t resist the holographic shiny ones here either!
The AOA line is priced at 1.55 line with a portion going to animal charities.
This has my secret makeup brush cleaning weapon- which I’ll cover in a another post and link here.
Many people rave about the makeup brushes in this line, but I have not tried them. They sell a few in colorful kits and the beauty blenders at a buck can’t be beat!
Pro Tip: Since the sheet mask need to be on 15-20 minutes, use this time for meditation. Bonus use an acupressure mat
The headbands, scrunchies, clips, bobby-pins and masques have all been a YAAAAAAS.
I gravitate towards the sparkly and colorful ones as they remind me to sparkle on and shine bright. Keep in mind colors go fast here- I’ve noticed the blacks, pinks and purples go quick so if you see a shade you love GRAB IT.
The jewelry is hit or miss. It’s what you’d expect in one dollar jewelry.
I find the best value in the studded and small earrings and certain necklaces.
As you can see below I do use a few pieces on shoots quite often.
Some bloggers have covered their whole face in the makeup-
With the exception of the mascara and lip glosses and balms, I steered clear after I tried some eyeshadow I didn’t love. Keep in mind cheap means they prob cut corners on some ingredients and I don’t want that close to my eyes:(
