Mila may have only had one line, but this workout calls for not one but TWO bands. No bands? No problem! Tie up two old pairs of leggings and give this full body core blasting workout a try.

Make sure you are doing some strengthening exercises. Yes this workout is a challenge, but intensity is the best way to up the toning factor….
These loop bands are a staple for Pilates at home or on the go.
If you’re traveling through the galaxy at the speed of light these will fit right in your pocket.
Many loop bands come in pouches of three or four and I’m using a light and medium band here but feel free to use heavier for more intensity.
This 20 minute workout is a great way to heat up your home workouts.
Let’s get functional with squats then glide through classical pilates ab moves to stay balanced and lithe.
We’ll get a bit graceful with barre based leg work.
Expect lots of plies to target inner thighs, hips, butt and legs.
Standing moves are a great way to get your heart rate in and add intensity.
Plus we’ll be bending, twisting, and adding in a variety spinal movements to keep your core, sides, and butt in galactic gear.
