HIIT Pilates with the Magic Circle
Legs Butt Core & Cardio
Get ready get set and its legs on fire!
This Pilates Ring workout will be lower body and ab focused
It will start with some balance challenging core pilates moves to warm you up and and tone you right
We will focus on legs, abs, butt, obliques and hips. We will strnghtne sweat and stretch in todays PilatEs class
The best part is- we’ll HIIT it for some cardio
Did you know that high-intensity exercise helps to spark your metabolism way more and is a great way to get your steps in and keep your heart healthy at home?
Using the Magic Circle, we’ll complete 8 rounds of it, nut you can always repeat the HIIT section for more for weight loss goals.
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training-
we will alternate high-intensity periods of movement with short periods of rest. The theory is the rest allows you to go full blast on the high portions- hence burning more calories and using your body more efficiently
We’ll be using the ring to lunge, plank, and crunch our way into a heart-pumping and sweat-inducing workout
