Let’s get wild with Cheetah- aka Dr. Barbara Minerva- one of Wonder Woman’s villains
We all love a ferocious feline gone bad…. especially when they are leading us through a puuuurrrfect lower body workout.
In the comic books Cheetah appears after Dr Minerva leads an expedition into an African jungle.
Instead of finding a lost ancient village- she winds up in a native tribal human ritual sacrifice which leaves her as cannibalistic feral human wild cat.
The Cheetah: "I do know what to wish for… To be like Diana. Strong. Sexy. Cool. Special.
in WW 1984 they give her a much more modern and less racist origin with the Dreamstone - she simply wishes to be super FIERCE.

And who can blame her? Life in the urban jungle of the 80’s is not so sweet.. Sexual harassment was not even a term, shoulder pads were the size of a football, corporate greed, racism and homophobia were at all time highs and your hair took three hours to do.
Occasionally you’ll find Cheetah battling Diana Prince till death or - teaching a flexibility workout on one of my channels …

For #HalloweenFITFun - I wanted to dive deep into a flexibility and toning workout that will work your legs and hips in a fierce and fun way!
Unlike battling Wonder Woman in a death match-this workout should be suitable for most levels.
We will flow into a series of moves from Pilates, Yoga and Functional Range Conditioning in this 20 minute workout
Cheetah is a reminder that even Wonder Woman has enemies
It doesnt matter how perfect you are, or how many people love you- there will always be people who hate you...
don’t let it stop you- just like diana prince - keep shining don’t stop doing good in the world
Or just be a bad ass with a good ass- and do this workout;)
This workout would be great to practice first thing in the morning or after a long day of frolicking around gotham…

As I mentioned in Week 1, this year for #HalloweenFITFun, each week I would be honoring a friend that has passed.
Nancy De Sa was a friend and client, and passed a few months before I started my YouTube channel. She had Cerebral Palsy and survived Lymphoma, and battled them just like an apex predator.
Like cheetah She was no goody two shoes- she had a sharp sense of humor that would come out like claws if you said something dumb…
Although she had hired me as her trainer, I actually learned more from her than I ever could have imagined.
She never gave up, when life threw her an avalanche- she’d simply pick up a snow shovel and start making her way out. Then she’d crack a sarcastic comment about how much she hated snow….
We never have to accept the hands we are dealt
We just have to play smarter and harder.
