Before I could film a complete how to video for you- Harley got her hands on it and wanted to show you the best way to tone your legs, butt, hips and abs fast with it
If you do not have a barre - most of these exercises can be done using a chair or a countertop or a park bench

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training.
in todays workout we will alternate longer periods of high intensity moves with short periods of rest. This is a proven way to burn fat fast.
