It’s safe to say 2020 was not a great year for any of us-
now that all new year new you crap is out of the way- I’ll show you why Pilates has been my go to since 2003.
There is no magic pill- consistency is key- start today and just keep going.
I’ll be your guide for the next month but here’s the deal -you have to want it
All you’ll need is dumbbells a magic circle and booty bands- but first- grab this calendar and print it so each day you can check off the workout you did. Nothing will make you feel more accomplished

Videos will be posted the night before below…It's about progress NOT Perfection. We aim to establish a lifelong fitness HABIT, and have FUN doing it. It's about creating a healthy routine and learning proper exercise techniques.

Tips For The Challenge
Drink 8 -10 glasses of water and aim for at least 7 hours sleep
Get in 10,000 steps per day- walk or do one of my hiit series from here if you need to make up steps
Eat more plants- aim to get 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in
Listen to your body as there will be some advanced progressions. Never push past pain! Leave out an exercise that hurt- you can always skip ahead or modify.
If you miss a day- never beat yourself up about it, you can also swap out Sunday with that days workout. Some weeks will be easier than others.
Book workout times in your calendar on your smartphone NOW and set an alarm a few minutes before your start time.

All of my workouts- in or out of a costume- have always been to educate and inspire you to move more and move better. Due to the amount of time it took to get ready as Leia, and how upset I am over this- I will not be refilming for YouTube. i did film some moves and will release them on instagram and TikTok soon;)
