Power Circle Review and Intense Workout
Are you looking for a pretty new way to get toned at home?
This aesthetically pleasing home workout tool is easy on the eyes and great for toning and working up a sweat- circle me in!
I’m loving my new 10 lb power ring
Although this looks like a pilates magic circle at first glance -
its actually completely weighted and meant to be lifted or swung, not a spring lightweight piece of metal that you squeeze
Using this you’re pumping iron- albeit pink sugar coat looking iron -but this is a great way to get all the benefits of resistance training- no gym needed
I got this off Amazon and it’s been so fun to play with.
It is a knockoff of Bala’s power ring and it comes I at 40 bucks cheaper
It added new challenges to lunges and squats and cane used both as a regular dumbbell and gave more ergonomic options for planks and core work and grips during any move
The aesthetic pink pretty look def makes me want to use it more. I call it the Lululemon effect. And I am aways more motivated to workout if I like my surroundings
It makes me feel confident and attractive which makes me want to care for myself better
While Bala has a full range of colors amazon only has pink and black.
Luckily for me- pink is a major part of my aesthetic and it matched my living room nicely.
If you have Barbie Pink pilates dreams- this is a great piece for you
At 10 lbs it can be a bit heavy for some more traditional pilates mat moves but it felt perfect for strength and functional and plyo moves
Check out Harley’s HIIT moves with it…
