Overcoming Fitness Obstacles

Are you struggling to find the energy, motivation or willpower to get fit?

Are there always things getting in the way of your workout goals?

Here are some of the roadblocks that could be in your way. 

The Cost

It can definitely be expensive trying to stay fit and healthy.

You might find that you spend a fortune on your new diet and then you have to add either exercise equipment or a gym membership to that cost too. The bills are starting to build now and suddenly it becomes clear that there are socioeconomic reasons why people suffer from obesity and other health issues. Eating rubbish and ignoring your levels of personal fitness is cheaper in the short term. In the long term however, things are a little different. You’re more likely to deal with heavy costs for medical bills and insurance if you don’t take the time and make the effort to protect your health.

The Time 

We are all just so busy, work family, school, self care, the list never ends.

It can definitely be tricky to squeeze fitness into a busy routine, none of us seem to have a free moment. That’s why you should make sure that you are being innovative with how you fit fitness into your life.

For instance, you might want to think about trying things taking short 5 minute burts of exercise during your work day a few times a day. You can add in stretches when you watch TV. Alternatively, you could also think about exploring other possibilities like walking to work rather than getting the bus. Once you begin to think about it, you can find creative ways to slip exercise into your typical routine. 


The Confidence

A lot of women feel intimidated in gym settings. This is one instance where quarantine has great and given us so many more home workout options. I have just added tons more workouts on my Youtube channels and ther are so many more fitness creastor with fresh workouts for you to try- and no one to watch or jusdge you

Colorful workout clothes always help me to boost my confidence and put me in a better mood. I will be adding more to my Amazon storefront and they will be durable and affordable so no need to break the bank. It could just be a matter of choosing the right accessories and if you cant see its hard to be confident. Have you checked your eyes lately? As we get older our eyesight can change. You can get cheap glasses, exercise gear and other accessories that will help ensure that you can rock the athleisure look completely.

The Pain 

Do you think that workouts need to hurt?

Pilates is known to be gentle and all workouts can be modified to fit beginners. It;s about finding the right workout AND the right instructor. Contrary to popular belief, there’s no reason why working out and getting fit should be painful. You can, with the right steps improve your health without it becoming a massive test of endurance in the face of extreme adversity. Usually, pain is caused by working out the wrong way. So, the first thing that you should do is explore some exercise and workout guides online.
