HIIT stands for high intensity interval training.
It’s one of the most effective ways to train your heart & lungs as you burn fat. In order to maximize effectiveness as you minimize time, you cycle bouts of heart rate inducing moves with shorter periods of rest. I love core focused cardio full body moves with Pilates for a fat blasting and ab focused take on HIIT.
Lisa Frank was very present in my childhood.
I had many of her neon rainbow color-filled trapper keeper and zillions of her stickers. My love of bright bold fantasy looks started with her and this costume is based on her leopards.
This 20 minute workout is a going to make you move and meow!
In this workout video wed’ll warm up with some mobility moves before diving into 45 second bouts of Pilates based cardio exercises.
After the HIIT section, we’ll move on to toning moves for your abs, butt, obliques, hips and thighs.
Prepare to sweat!
