Breathe Stretch and Tone

No sad faces here- the joke is all on me as we continue on our Halloween Workout Series.

Welcome to a relaxing full body stretching Yoga series with Joker Jessi

We all have bad days, but any day can be made better with some sweat and a smile- even if the smile has to be painted on:)

We know exercise is beneficial for your physical body but did you know it’s helpful for releasing stress?

Exercise releases dopamine to the brain the body’s feel good hormone

Yoga has also shown to help control your mood.

The deep breaths and intense stretches and are a great way to get your mind off things. 

I try to exercise every day to keep my demons away.

When all of Gotham starts to close in on me I’m glad you have my yoga practice. 


Try this free yoga stretching and toning workout.  

We will start seated and fully mobilize our upper bodies through slow movements and deep breaths.

After a standing vinyasa we will perform some small toning moves to help stretch and strengthen our whole body.

Movement always makes me feel better but make sure you go at your own pace.
