How to Use the Long Loop Resistance Band

Do you think all resistance bands are the same?

Have you seen these super duper long loop bands and not known what to use them for?

WHEN HOPE Fitness gear sent me these super big loop bands I was excited to try out a variety of new moves!

These resistance bands are also called pull-up assist bands, and I love their versatility.

They're most often used to help with pull-ups, but I do not have a pull up bar at home. 

They come in many sizes and because of their thickness they are extremely durable, and can provide a lot of resistance

Bands use constant tension to stimulate muscle growth, without putting strain on your joints the way heavy weights can.

I love the way they can improve flexibility, mobility, and strength, and because of the constant tension they mimic many exercises on the spring loaded pilates machines

The best part about bands is that they take up very little space in your home- ideal for city dwellers, or they can be thrown into a bag and taken practically anywhere.
