How To Find The Time To Workout

It is no secret that managing your Pilates and fitness routine with your life hard AF.

Juggling work deadlines, family time, seeing friends, and any sort of me time can be overwhelming.  But these days we wanna do it all- and you can!

Here are ways to manage your time to get everything you wanna do in.

In this blog post, we will go over some tips on managing your fit life with everything else you want out of your day!

Make a schedule and stick to it.

Sounds easy?  Well it is simple to say but not so simple to do but this is the most important step….

Use a calendar and reminder alarms to schedule your workouts in.  Set up a reward system - if you stick to a week of workouts treat yourself to a fancy meal or new workout outfit!

If you know what you need to do each day, you will be more likely to actually do it. You can also, try scheduling your workouts early in the morning or late at night.  These times tend to have less demands placed on them- and early mornings will probably be hard to wake up for but will have zero other reasons to have an conflicts…. Discipline will be key here but the truth is- the only workout you’ll regret - is the one you didn’t do..  If you feel like you are tired all there time consider Recov muscle peptides for increased energy levels throughout the day.

Take advantage of technology.

Smartwatches and fitness trackers are a go to for anyone looking to get more activity in.

Many people use calendar apps to keep track of their appointments and to-do lists.

Set boundaries.

It is important to remember that you cannot do it all and need to set limits around your precious time

If every time you ge to hit play on your workout youtube vid- someone starts calling your name - it’s time to explain you can only be your best for them when you take the time to better yourself.  You can’t pour from an empty cup!  Try setting specific hours during which you will be available and letting hours your family and co workers know so they dont expect immediate responses at those times. Utilize the do not disturb feature on your phone and computer to minimize the distractions of texts emails and etc during your workout time!

When it comes to your fitness routine, try not to overdo it. It is better to stick to a way that you can maintain than to push yourself too hard and end up getting injured.  An injury will delay your progress and you’ll have to make time for a doctor so fon’t over train!   Lastly, make sure to take time for yourself! Whether you choose to use this time for meditation reading a long bath or a Netflix binge, scheduling some “me time” into your day is essential.

Find a support system.

You cant always go at it alone.. you can ask for help from friends, family members, or coworkers.  

It’s essential to have people who can hold you accountable when you mess up and celebrate with you when you smash your goals. By finding folks to be an active part of your journey toward success, , you’ll get the motivation needed to keep going, even on those days when everything seems impossible! This person should also remind us all that we are not alone in our struggles but instead have others who care about what happens next – whether they know it or not.

Finding balance for your life is one of the best ways to have healthy mind body and spirit. It may take some adjusting and tweaking but dont stop- just keep trying new ways too incorporate techniques to get it all done
