Stay in your living room and cozy up to your mat- with only your own germs to think about.
Today- don’t trek to the gym in the cold -
Grab a small booty band and lets target abs, core obliques, triceps, lower back, inner thighs, hips, outer thighs and shoulders.
There will be crunches, crunches and more crunches!
